Our Surf Pilates Training Adventure retreats are located in the north and south of the island, our accommodation is only 15 minutes by car from South Airport.
In the south, we mainly surf at Playa de las Américas, but visit other surfing spots depending on wave conditions. The same applies to the North: We vary the spots flexibly, adapted to the conditions. The main surfing spots are only 10-15 minutes away from your accommodation by car.

Start your day with your personal Pilates coach Myriam from Letitflow Pilates for surfer. Powerful workouts at sunrise awaken your deep muscles, relaxing stretching after surfing at sunset ensures regeneration.

Surf training
Achieve more surfing fun and success with our individual Training plan. Improve Wave reading, Stability, Flexibility, and Balance for safe Take-offs and longer surf sessions. Develop Strength, Endurance and perfect technique — from Bottom turn to Top turn — with targeted exercises and Surfing techniques.
Surf Skate
With a professional, you'll learn movements similar to surfing — short, agile turns thanks to the torsional dynamics of the surfskate axle. Professional trainers will support you with their expertise and provide you with optimal support in improving your surfing skills.

The Volcano Teide Sunset Tour in Tenerife
Offers a 4-hour excursion to the highest point in Spain, Mount Teide. Enjoy breathtaking scenery, photo spots, and stops at Roque Garcia, Paseo Lunar, and Mirador de Samara. A picnic at sunset completes the experience.
Snorkeling in caves and Natural Pools
On our tour through southern Tenerife, we explore three fantastic places with crystal clear, turquoise water. Snorkel in caves and natural pools surrounded by colorful fish. At two spots, you can jump into the water from different heights. Perfect for adventurers who can swim well and master short distances on rough terrain.
Discover the island by Kayak
Experience an unforgettable Kayak trip and, with a bit of luck, see dolphins up close in their natural environment.
Banana plantations Tour with tasting
Followed by a relaxing and refreshing break in the crystal-clear sea on our absolute favorite beach, surrounded by white sand and a paradisiacal backdrop.
